Casa Lagartija is a fine house in the hills with great views of the jungle everywhere, and ocean views from the upstairs and large roof terrace, which is available to both units, if rented separately. The neighborhood is quiet but it is only a 1/4 mile walk down a small hill to the center of town. The beach is a further 1/4 mile away down the main street of town.

The upstairs has two queen bedrooms, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. The downstairs has one bedroom. living room, kitchen and one and a half bathrooms. There are tile floors throughout, high ceilings and large built in couches. The dining rooms have comfortable rustic leather furniture and plenty of space and views.

The house has three entry doors with locks, one of which is shared so both units can be combined seamlessly but separately are completely private. The laundry and stairs to the roof terrace are behind the common entry door, so they are secure but shared. Both units have large living rooms with accordion doors that open wide to the terrace for unrestricted views and fresh breezes. Each bedroom has accordion doors that open out onto their own small private covered balconies and also have powerful and quiet mini-split air-conditioners. The bedrooms all have private doors to the three large bathrooms, two of which are master baths and the third has a second dooor available for use by visitors. The downstairs has a half bath for use by visitors.
The design, construction and decoration are all first rate. There is a large fenced in yard and swimming pool with a private entry gate and carport door affording access to the property.
