The downstairs can be rented with or without the second bedroom. The upstairs bedroom can also be rented separately and has a large terrace with terrific views of the mountains and the town and also has a third floor terrace for gorgeous sunset views. The downstairs opens out to a walled in private backyard, filled with tropical plants, morning sun and plenty of afternoon shade provided by a 400 year old Izote tree.
