Villa Vista las Olas is the first floor og a Beautiful, brand new, private, 3 story villa, located right next to the Exclusive Las Olas development in San Pancho, on the road to Costa Azul, just 2 short blocks from the beach and just two blocks from Main Street dining.
The first floor rental has 1800 square feet of Air Conditioned living area, 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, fully equipped kitchen and beautiful views of the Las Olas grounds and Jungle. .
Both the first and second floor rentals have private entrance and private decks, TV & DVD player. Maid Service is included in rental, 2 times per week (Tuesday & Saturday) more days available for and additional fee. A cook is available for a small fee to prepare and serve evening meals, please inquire.
The tropical, deserted beach is a great place for early morning walks and afternoon sunbathing, if you can tear yourself away from the patios. Several excellent restaurants, as well as local fare are within walking distance from the Villa.
